What is your production time?

Production typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the complexity of your custom order & our current order volume

How long does shipping take?

Transit time varies by location, but here are our current timeframes:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days
  • International: 2–4 weeks (timelines may vary by country and customs)

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

How is my order packaged?

All items are bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy mailer or box to ensure safe delivery.

We tend to use heavy style bubble mailers as a preference to boxes, as this saves packaging time, and is the most cost effective option for our business.

How do I request a custom order?

1. Fill out our Custom Order Form with your contact information and project details.

2. We’ll review your submission and follow up with mockups, pricing, timelines, and any additional information needed.

3. Once everything looks good, we’ll send a custom invoice to finalize your order.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We’ve completed many bulk and corporate projects in the past and would love to help with yours.

  • Packaging and shipping requirements
  • Your requested delivery timeline

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time. Due to logistics, local pickup is currently unavailable.

I ordered through TikTok or Facebook. How do I submit my customization details?

These platforms don’t currently allow custom personalization fields.

My order was marked delivered, but isn’t here. What do I do?

USPS sometimes scans entire batches of packages as “delivered” before they’ve actually reached your address. When this happens, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

If it’s been longer than that, please reach out to us through our contact form, and we’ll work with you to get things sorted out.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your package appears delayed or stuck in transit:

  1. Check your tracking number for the latest updates.
  2. If there’s no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 3+ weeks (international), contact us and we’ll assist in filing a missing mail search with the carrier.
  3. Once a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate next steps.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom or personalized products, as these items are made specifically for you.

For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 10 days of delivery—whichever comes first. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

What's your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we may have already begun production and cancellations may no longer be possible.
